my date with drew

another movie that will make you go "aaaahhhhh" after you watched it.......
well, at first i thought it's just a documentary about a stupid guy who tried to have a date wit another superstar..
tadinya sih gw pikir "cheesy amat"...
that's why i didn't get interested until lately...
anyway, then i try to watch "my date with drew"..
the one that make me stick to the dvd is the first scene where the guys try to explain why they're makin this project...
it is really interesting...
how Brian (the one who try to get a date) has been crazy about Drew Barrymore since he's a kid..
and how he joined the fan-club.. (we all've been in those fan-club phase, right? at least i do.. hehehe...)
then this guy win a game show, which the final answer was "Drew Barrymore".. (starting to get interesting aight here..)
and he's using the money he won from the game show to get a date wit drew and documented it in a camcorder that he "borrowed" from a electrical store using 30-days-policy...
nice idea huh...?!
ok.. maybe the documentary is not as cool as Michael Moore's.. (ya.. iyalah.. Michael Moore gitu..)
somehow, it's just nice to watch a guy tried so hard to do something stupid, but turned out to be awesome in the end.. (hu..hu.. terharu.. ahaha)
and yes, it did make me smile after i watched it... sweet...
